Refund and Returns Policy
Cancellation and modifying orders –
Generally orders once placed cannot be cancelled. However, if you wish to
change the cut, or change the items, you can call us. If the items in your order
are not cut by the time you call us, you can change the items/cut. But if the
items are already cut by the time you call us, we unfortunately cannot help
you. Your order will be delivered only according to your first requirement at
the time of ordering.
Returns–
We are in this industry for more than a decade and we assure you that the
seafood delivered to you would be fresh. However, in case of the rare and
unfortunate event of any damage in our packing during our delivery, you can
call us and raise a complaint within ten minutes of you receiving the delivery.
We will take the product and replace with a fresh delivery in the next
available delivery slot or on any day as required by the customer. We want
our customers to check your items as soon as you receive the product. We
unfortunately cannot help the customers for complaints received ten minutes
after you receive your delivery.
Refunds–
You shall be entitled to a refund only if you have paid for your order via the
website/app/googlepay. Refund will be entertained only for any of the
following circumstances:
Your order packaging has been tampered or damaged at the time of
delivery.
You are unhappy with the quality of the ordered product and have
reported the same within 10 minutes of delivery.
In the unlikely event of our systems being down / not responding to your
confirmed orders due to technical reasons.
If you have pre-booked a product and it is not available on the scheduled
day of delivery.
Refunds are available on (COD) orders provided the customer checks the
product and raises a complaint at the time of delivery or not later than
10 minutes from delivery.
The product will be taken back, and payment will be returned in 2-4 working
days.
